A. Restocking Fee
There’s no restocking fee for returns.
B. Eligibility for Returns

Clear photos of the items showing the damaged, wrong, or faulty part that differs from the website description.

Photos clearly showing the actual measurements (width, length), if you received the wrong size.

Information about the item you wish to receive as a replacement (if applicable).

Note: For orders with multiple items, please provide photos/videos of all products laid out side-by-side on a flat surface.

Verification & Resolution: Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming your return is complete. If there’s a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that it typically takes an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Products returned without our prior verification are not eligible for support.

If exchanging, you’ll receive a replacement item that’s the same price or higher. If the exchanged product has a higher price, you’ll be responsible for the additional cost.
Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time.
